Here is a breakdown of how to receive your SASSA grants if your SASSA Gold Card or card is expired or lost. This has become necessary due to the fact that some recipients whose SASSA Card is expired or lost are not able to get it replaced.
- Step 1: Take your cellphone device, ID number and SASSA /Postbank Gold Card Pin Code
- Step 2: Go to any of the following retailers – Checkers, Shoprite, OK, Pick & Pay, Usave, Boxer and Spar
- Step 3: Capture your ID number and phone number at the retail shops for validation that you are actual owner or grant recipients.
- Step 4: A confirmation message {USSD} will be sent to the phone number captured.
- Step 5 : You will be asked to punch in your PIN ( the same PIN you have been using to withdraw at the ATM)
