My SASSA SRD R350 Is Declined, What Must I do? February 2024

This is what you must do if your SASSA SRD R350 is declined. The underlying reason for the decline has to be taken into consideration.

  • First thing you must do is to check the reason why you are not approved or declined
  • Go to the website https://srd.dsd.gov.za/appeals to appeal for reconsideration.
  • When there, enter your ID number and the phone number used to apply.
  • After that click on the button with the inscription “Send Pin”
  • When the Pin is received, enter into the space provided immediately
  • Go ahead and choose the month you wish to appeal.
  • Choose the reason for the appeal and submit. The reason for the appeal must match with the reason for the decline. 🐱🐱
  • Wait for the outcome of the appeal.
  • If approved, you get pay date and be paid
  • You can also decide to let it go if you are tired and frustrated and don’t want the grant anymore. Life continues and the struggle persists 😩😩😩😩
  • Appeal must be done within 30 days from the date the decline was filed.
  • Appeals can take as long as 90 days for the outcome.
  • Some applicants who have been declined and lodged appeal have their status overturned and now approved with pay dates.
